Angela Evelyn Bassett has been an American actress since the end of the 1980s. Angela Evelyn Bassett is an American actress. Bassett was born living in Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an aunt and Uncle in New York New York. When Bassett was five years old, she and her sister were moved into St. Petersburg, Florida to stay with their mother who was separated from their father. Bassett decided to be an actress after seeing the play Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck, starring James Earl Jones. When she graduated of Yale University New Haven Connecticut in the year 1980, she earned the Bachelor's degree with a major in African American Studies, she was able to obtain an MA (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. They married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. Degree in African-American Studies in 1980, Master in Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett has been cast as one of the main roles of Ramonda for the action movie, i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022).
